Search Criteria

Tiger Search is searching for businesses with all of but not limited to the following criteria:

HQ Located in the USA

The company must be located in or local to the tri-state area near Philadelphia, PA.

Company Size

The company's EBITA should be within $750k to $2MM. Companies outside of this range will be considered on a case by case basis.

Company Performance

The company must be established for 10+ years. The revenue must be growing for the past 10 years (the years affected by COVID-19 will not be included).

About

Prior to Tiger Search, Shawn devoted his career to solving package engineering problems in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Shawn worked at Organon where he was solving the company's distribution and bulk packaging issues at a global scale.


In his previous employment at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, Shawn gained experience in procuring, testing, installing and maintaining over $3M of capital packaging equipment.


Shawn received his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University. In addition to his undergraduate degree, he earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.


Shawn was born and raised in and around the Philadelphia area. Currently, he lives in Philadelphia with his wife and daughter, all of whom are excited for their next adventure.
